- Vintage watches are particularly vulnerable to water damage and are, therefore, excluded.
- The warranty does not cover the costs associated with shipping for warranty services.
- Risks such as theft, loss, or defects from normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Additionally, we do not cover damage from accidents, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions from either the manufacturer or Arev & Co.
- Cosmetic damages or wear to the watch strap, glass, or clasp are also excluded.
Additional Warranty Details
Our warranty policy is designed with your convenience and security in mind. All warranties are registered to the postal address provided at the time of purchase, ensuring a direct and efficient process for any warranty claims. It is crucial for customers to inform us promptly of any changes to their contact information to maintain the effectiveness of the warranty.
A significant aspect of our warranty is its conditional nature regarding third-party interventions. The warranty will be invalidated if any tests or repairs are conducted by unauthorized third parties without our explicit knowledge or consent. In the case of a valid warranty claim, Arev & Co. reserves the right to decide the most appropriate course of action, whether it be repair or replacement of the watch, emphasizing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
In recognizing the complexities of warranty claims, Arev & Co. holds the discretion to accept or reject claims based on our assessment. Disputes are taken seriously, and we may involve an independent, third-party watchmaker to determine the best course of action, ensuring fairness and transparency in our decision-making process.
For our international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any charges, taxes, or customs duties incurred when returning your watch to us, as well as the return shipment following service completion. Within the United States, customers are expected to cover the cost of delivering their watch to us for inspection. However, should a claim be validated, Arev & Co. will bear the expense of returning the serviced watch, guaranteeing peace of mind and satisfaction with our warranty service.
